Presently:

• I am currently completing my DPhil (PhD) in International Relations at Oxford University at the Department of Politics and International Relations. I expect to complete near the end of 2025.
• I’m also a DPhil Affiliate at the Oxford Martin AI Governance Initiative

Previously:

• In 2022, I was a Summer Research Fellow with the Centre for the Governance of AI
• 2017-2022 I was a full stack software engineer and engineering manager at the Human Diagnosis Project, which sought to solve the problem of medical diagnosis for all of humanity.
• 2013-2017 I was an Implementation Engineer at Opower (later bought by Oracle). This was software-as-a-service technical integration. We used billions of rows of data to serve millions of people.
